We ship our product in batches once or twice per week.  Limited exceptions made for bulk orders.  Any shipping errors due to incorrect address, nondeliverability, acts of deities, or errors on the part of our shipping partners are not the fault of Study Stone and should instead be addressed with the persons, deities or shipping partners in question.
