You are not charged until your order ships, which may be immediately. Limited exceptions made for bulk orders.  Any shipping errors due to incorrect address, nondeliverability, acts of deities, or errors on the part of our shipping partners are not the fault of Study Stone and should instead be addressed with the persons, deities or shipping partners in question.
